Please read these terms and conditions carefully before placing an order with McGilligan
Publishing. By placing an order for our services, you confirm that you have read, understood,
and agreed to be bound by the following terms and conditions:
"Website" refers to all online information found on McGilligan Publishing's website pages.
"Customer," "You," or "Yours" refers to you and/or any individual placing an order on your behalf with McGilligan Publishing.
"Company," "We," or "Our" refers to McGilligan Publishing.
"Product" refers to all services and goods offered by McGilligan Publishing to the Customer in accordance with their Order.
"Order" refers to a request placed by the Customer, either by telephone or email, to acquire services or products from McGilligan Publishing. Payments made through credit cards, debit cards, wire transfers, or PayPal are required to finalize orders.
McGilligan Publishing provides a range of services, including book writing, editing,
publishing, and marketing. Specific terms for each service are outlined in your order
agreement.
Depending on the package selected, revisions may be included.
Customers can request unlimited free revisions, provided the requirements align with the initial order details.
If the requirements change, an additional fee may be applied.
Change of Mind
A 100% refund is available if no work has been initiated, meaning no team has been assigned, and no work has begun.
If work has started and the project is canceled within the first 24 hours, you are entitled to a partial refund.
Once the project has been initiated, and at least one deliverable has been produced or a revision has been availed, refund requests will no longer be accepted. However, we encourage discussing such cases with your project manager for potential compensation.
If errors occur during the project requirement analysis phase, customers may request a refund.
Unlimited revisions and team changes (up to three times) are offered to resolve such issues.
Standard turnaround time for deliverables is 10-15 business days.
If three late delivery attempts are made due to the company's fault, a refund will be processed accordingly.
Inform your project manager about your concern and reason for requesting a refund.

Refunds can be claimed before the project is completed.
Requests made after project completion will be reviewed based on client approvals and project details.
Refunds will not be processed for minor issues such as grammatical errors, typos, word
count discrepancies, or missing references. The company may instead offer a partial refund or
discounts for future purchases.
McGilligan Publishing respects intellectual property rights. By placing an order, you confirm that you have the necessary rights, licenses, and permissions to use any content provided for your project. McGilligan Publishing will not be held liable for any infringement or unauthorized use of intellectual property by the Customer.
McGilligan Publishing understands the importance of confidentiality. All information provided by the Customer will be treated as confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties without the Customer's consent, except where required by law.
McGilligan Publishing will not be responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from the use or inability to use our services. We make no guarantees regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of the information provided.
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the State of New York.
McGilligan Publishing reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will take effect immediately upon posting on our website. Continued use of our services signifies acceptance of the updated terms and conditions.
